I hold two graduate degrees, one in educational leadership and the other in professional counseling. I believe that therapy is about the goals of the client. The best strategy for therapy depends upon the individual needs of the client. I enjoy helping clients by giving them the knowledge and the skills that they need to best address their situation, by allowing them the space to process their emotions and by providing them with actionable steps that they can take between sessions in order to provide healthy coping strategies that can last a lifetime. NOTE: I do not accept insurance; however, I do accept ComPsych EAP and provide a sliding scale to those who qualify by Open Path Collective standards.
